Strict Booking & Admission Policy

To maintain a safe, wholesome, and family-friendly environment within our community, single couples are strictly not allowed at Farmville Resort. Bookings are exclusively open to families, registered corporate groups, and verified organizational events.

By completing your payment and securing a booking parameter at Farmville Resort, Karachi, you and your accompanying guests explicitly agree to abide by the following terms and operational guidelines:

Farmville Resort is situated inside a highly secure, private Farm Colony area. All visitors must provide valid original CNICs at the security gate mapping control. Unregistered guests or vehicles will not be granted entry clearance into the colony limits.

We host 3 distinct pools (1 Mega, 1 Medium, and 1 Children's Splash Pool). Proper swimwear is mandatory. Children using the splash pool must be strictly monitored by an adult caregiver at all times. Farmville Resort assumes zero structural liability for accidents resulting from unsupervised swimming activity.

The professional cricket field is open for daylight and night match bookings. Night floodlights will be operated strictly during your allocated timing windows. Damaging the pitch, turf boundaries, or sporting infrastructure will result in automatic penalty assessments added directly to your checkout summary ledger.

Guests are welcome to use our commercial-grade kitchen assets, deep freezer appliance arrays, and dedicated live BBQ grilling infrastructure. Please ensure all equipment is handled responsibly. Any damage to electrical components or commercial fryers will be charged according to market replacement valuations.

Guests must strictly adhere to their selected schedules (Day, Night, or Full Day slots). Overstaying beyond your booked exit limits disrupts maintenance routines for subsequent incoming groups and will incur automatic penalty charges calculated hourly.
